Quest Intelligence Group provides Loss Prevention Agents to Grocery and Retail stores. Loss Prevention Agents monitor stores and detect customers that are stealing. They watch for selection, concealment and the failure to pay for store merchandise. Shoplifters are then apprehended by the Loss Prevention Agents. The Shoplifters are civilly and/or criminally prosecuted. Loss Prevention Agents complete paperwork to record the incident and for Civil Demand Collections.
