Quest Intelligence Group currently completes court appointed investigations for four counties in California. These investigators appoint or continue tenure of a conservator, appointment of a relative to serve as a guardian, approval of adoptions of children by their stepparents, approval of underage marriages, emancipation of minors, and complete other court appointed investigations.

Investigations involve personal interviews, document review, and on-site observations. Quest Intelligence Group monitors all current and open conservatorships. This includes, prior to a bi-annual review of conservatorships, scheduling for court hearing and preparing a report for each review.
